NWDA Online Form 2023 Selection Process
The First step –
- On Optical Mark Response (OMR) Sheet, there will be a written test with 100 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 90 minutes.
The second step –
- For UR, OBC, and EWS candidates, 20 times the number of openings will be used to narrow down the list. For SC, ST, and PWD candidates, 50 times the number of openings will be used.
- Documents will be checked on the candidates who made the shortlist (in original).
- After that, everyone who applied for a job will have to take another Computer Based Test (100 questions in 90 minutes).
- The candidates’ scores on the Second Stage Computer Based Test will be used to decide where they stand in the rankings.
- For Stenographer Grade 2 and LDC jobs, candidates will take a qualifying Skill Test (Shorthand or Typing). UR, OBC and EWS candidates can make up to 7% of mistakes on the Skill Test, while SC and ST candidates can make up to 10%.
