Educational Qualification;
Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts)
A degree from an accredited university or institution combined with professional certification, such as passing the Institute of Chartered Accountants final exam, the SAS Commercial Examination of the Indian Audit & Accounts Department, or membership in one of the organised accounts and audit services OR
Five years of continuous employment in a supervisory position overseeing commercial accounts for the Central/State Government, a semi-government agency, an organisation, or a PSU
EDP Assistant
Degree in information technology or computer science. Data entry operations on an electronic data processing system for one year.
Junior Hydrographic Surveyor (JHS)
Graduate degree in civil engineering, diploma in civil engineering with three years of experience in hydrography or land survey, or
An Indian Navy SR I/II certificate with seven years of experience in hydrography is an acceptable qualification.
Stenographer
12th grade or its equivalent from a reputable school or board. Norms for skill tests are 10 minutes at 80 words per minute. 65 (English) or 75 (Hindi) metres (on a manual typewriter), or 50 metres (English) (Hindi, 65 metres on a computer)
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Equivalent to a high school diploma from a reputable institution. English and Hindi manual typewriters should be able to type 30 words per minute each. Alternatively, you can type 30 words per minute for Hindi and 35 words per minute for English (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 and 9000 words per minute, respectively.)
