UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment Important Date

The UPSC has announced the NDA Exam Date 2023 for the NDA 1 2022 exam, and the UPSC NDA Notification 2023 pdf will be available on the 21st of December, 2022.

Along with the official NDA notification 2023 of the UPSC NDA 2023 exam, the complete number of positions to be filled through the NDA 1 exam 2023 was made public on December 21, 2022. To be considered for Defense Jobs, applicants must meet the required qualifications. Information about required degrees, minimum ages, acceptable countries of origin, and acceptable levels of physical fitness are provided below.

UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment Age Limit 2023

• A candidate must be at least 16.5 years old as of the notification date in order to sit for the NDA Exam in 2023.
• No exceptions will be made to the 19.5-year-old NDA age limit in 2023.
• A birth certificate or a copy of a student’s 10th-grade report card could be used to verify a person’s birth year.
• Once you pass the test, you’ll have to show proof of age; therefore, it’s more important to study for the test than to worry about showing proof of age right away.
• Those who apply after reaching the NDA age limit of 2023 are advised to abandon their submissions.

UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment Nationality

All applicants must be unmarried and meet the following criteria:

• Indian nationality or
• a citizen or resident of Bhutan,
• a citizen or resident of Nepal, or
• a Tibetan who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, with the goal of making India their permanent home, or
• someone of Indian descent who has moved to India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, the East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, and Ethiopia, or Vietnam.

UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment Physical Requirements

Each candidate must meet the physical requirements of the National Defense Academy or the Naval Academy. The following requirements should be met by them:

a) A 2.4-kilometer run in under 15 minutes

b) Jumping Ahead

c) Minimum of 20 reps of push-ups and sit-ups

(d) The required number of chin-ups is 8 at a bare minimum.

(e) Rope-Climbing Height: 3.40m.

• For the NDA 2023 exam, a paper-and-pencil format (pen-paper based) will be used.
• There will be two distinct parts to the test: a mathematical portion and a general knowledge portion.
• Candidates will have a total of 5 hours to complete the exam’s written portion (2 hours each for the mathematics and GA sections).
• The exam will consist of MCQs, or multiple-choice questions.
• The exam paper will be available in both English and Hindi.
• There will be a 33% penalty for incorrect answers on the exam.

UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment Documents Required

Keep all relevant information and supporting documents available while filling out the NDA form 2023. Below is a breakdown of what you’ll need to submit your online application for the NDA 2023 exam.

UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment Admit Card

The admit card will be available to the applicants who completed the application and paid the application fee. No applicant will be able to access their admission card if they do not complete the application and pay the application fee.

A few days prior to the test, the NDA’s first session admit card will be made available. On the official website, the admission card would be made available online. Using their login information, each candidate can download their admission card.

A very significant document that must be brought to the exam site is the admission card. Therefore, you should download the admit card as soon as you have access to the exam location. Before the exam, candidates should inform the authority if they discover any errors on their documents.

UPSC NDA 1 Recruitment Result

In May 2023, the NDA’s 2023 first session results would be made public. The NDA 2023 outcome will be made public online on the website. The results are available to candidates as a PDF download.

The shortlisted candidates for the subsequent interview round will be those whose names appear on the outcome and merit lists. The results won’t be given to any candidates in offline form.
